This Yoga series will build physical and mental strength through flowing sequences, balancing poses,
breathing exercises and group challenges. Students will learn therapeutic yoga techniques for dealing
with anxiety, depression, back pain, digestive issues and more. Class will end with massage and guided
meditation for deep relaxation. We will incorporate cooperative yoga games and challenges to
encourage teamwork and keep yoga fun!
